Privacy Policy
Draft — needs review before launch. This describes what the site actually collects today. It has not been checked by anyone qualified to check it.
Who we are
Tar Surfacing Johannesburg, a tar and asphalt surfacing contractor working across the Johannesburg metro. You can reach us on 064 856 3715.
What we collect, and why
If you fill in the quote form we collect your name, your phone number, your suburb, what needs surfacing, and anything you choose to add about the size of the job or the site. We use it for one thing: to phone you back and arrange a site visit.
If you phone us, we have your number. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation sits in WhatsApp under their terms, not ours.
What we do not do with it
- We do not sell it.
- We do not share it with other contractors or with lead brokers.
- We do not add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are quoting and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your rights under POPIA
South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act gives you the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. Phone us and ask.
Calls
To be completed before launch. If the phone number on this site is routed through a call-tracking service that records calls, that must be stated here plainly, and callers must be told at the start of the call.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. It loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when the page loads. If analytics are added later, this section must be updated before they go live.
Changes
If this policy changes, the changed version replaces this one on this page.
